Getting lean and strong and providing your body with adequate nutrition has been made way too confusing, it’s no wonder people cannot be bothered to do it. With so much conflicting information it’s hard to decipher what the right way is. To be very, very honest with you it is really not that hard or complicated.

I make the matter of getting into the best version of yourself easy and simple for all my clients….Well not that easy, but it’s not boring.

People have become unnecessarily overweight and unhealthy, both physically and mentally and it really doesn’t need to be like that. I am passionate about helping people break free from this and live a more fulfilling life.

My choice of equipment is the body. We live it with it everyday, so why not get comfortable with it. Great civilisations of the past knew the value of the human body and they did what they could to fine tune this serious piece of machinery. All of these methods can be applied to enhance our modern day living.

With a Forge workout the seven human movement patterns are address and form the nucleus of a forge workout.

The seven movements being:-

  • Squat
  • Lunge
  • Bend
  • Twist
  • Pull
  • Push
  • Gait

Even though people will boast of the advancements of modern day living, I feel we have lost a lot of ideas and principles from the past civilisations and this is the reason many people now live lives of mediocrity and put other people on pedestals. But the only advantage these people really have is that they were merely brave enough to challenge themselves.

In these modern times we are seeing more cases of obesity, mental issue problems, low self esteem, lack of discipline and the inability to set goals and achieve them and to conceal this lack of substance we tend to hide behind inflated egos. Well its time to bring some substance back. That´s right! this is not just about exercise but also about using the positive traits regular exercise can develop and applying them into other spheres of our life so we become the best we can be.

So let’s try to build a strong foundation to construct on and be an example to our families and friends .I am here to assist in your pursuit to become fitter human being.

A little about me

My name is Jason Manning, I hold the CYQ Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training and Level 2 Gym Instructor, and I’m recognized by the International Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) as well as being a fully qualified Calisthenics specialist. I draws my inspiration from minimalistic concepts, and each workout is designed with the philsophy that human beings are designed to move and be efficient in doing so. The emphiasis at Forge is on functional fitness. While other fitness ‘gurus’ will market themselves with empty promises of six-pack abs and bigger pecs, I like to delve a little deeper beyond the narcissism and concentrate on what your body needs in the real world. I place a great deal of importance on building and developing total body strength, balance, agility and overall fitness.

It is my firm belief that your body is all you need to achieve a good level of health and fitness and the physique you want. Contrary to what people would have you believe you do not need Hi-tech equipment and loads of supplements (chemicals). Through my workout videos and books you will find a wealth of information that can help people reach their fat loss goals, build muscle, and get healthy. My goal is to help people and to inspire a healthy lifestyle and strong mindset to achieve all goals. I am currently writing a book on the topic “All you need is you” to address everything concerning bodyweight to help you get into some serious shape and maintain it.

I am incredibly passionate about helping people enhance their lives and I’m the creator of the “All you need is you” bodyweight program which will be release for subscription soon. It is a proven system for helping his fellow human beings realise and release their potential for an optimum existence. Not just physically, but in all areas of life.
I love a challenge and it doesn’t always have to be physical in nature, but I like it to be difficult and take me out of my comfort zone. I normally have one physical challenge, one mental and one spiritual. It’s all about the growth mindset.
